News, press releases, and coverage of the company that brought Korean overhead launch monitor technology to the global home sim market — EYE XO2, EYE XO, EYE XR, EYE MINI LITE, and the AI Studio.
Who Is Uneekor?
Uneekor is the South Korean company that disrupted the overhead launch monitor market. While Trackman and Foresight were fighting over portable launch monitors and tour-pro endorsements, Uneekor went the other direction: ceiling-mounted, camera-based systems designed for permanent simulator installations. The strategy worked. Today, Uneekor owns the "overhead" category in a way no other brand does — with a product lineup that spans from $1,499 portable units to $10,999 flagship overhead systems.
Uneekor's secret weapon is its Dimple Optix technology — a proprietary camera system that tracks golf balls by reading dimple patterns instead of requiring marked balls or stickers. Every Uneekor camera unit (EYE XO, EYE XR, EYE MINI series) uses this tech. It's the main reason Uneekor units are preferred by home sim builders who don't want to mess with marked balls.
In 2026, Uneekor launched the AI Studio — a bundle that pairs any overhead unit (EYE XR, EYE XO, or EYE XO2) with Swing Optix cameras, AI Trainer, and a year of GSPro. The AI Trainer module uses machine vision to analyze swing patterns, offering the kind of AI-powered coaching that was previously exclusive to $20,000 commercial systems. The Checkpoint AI feature captures freeze-frame swing images at key positions, giving you frame-by-frame breakdowns of your swing without needing a separate camera setup.
Key products: EYE XO2 (triple-camera overhead flagship, $8,999-$10,999), EYE XO (dual-camera overhead, $5,999, 24 data points), EYE XR (rear-mounted overhead, $5,999, single-cable PoE), EYE MINI LITE (portable club data, $2,499, 19 data points), EYE MINI CORE (portable ball data, $1,499, 15 data points), AI Studio (bundle with Swing Optix + AI Trainer + GSPro), GSPro (native software ecosystem).
